Explore the Borough with the Maidstone Pocket Guide
Visitors to Maidstone can be sure to make the most of their time in the borough thanks to the launch of the new Maidstone Pocket Guide. The guide, produced by Maidstone Borough Council in partnership with Maidstone Tourism Association, outlines the wide variety of things to see and do in and around Maidstone, from ticketed attractions to free days out.
Also available is the Spring Events Guide – perfect for residents and visitors alike looking for fun and enjoyable days out for all the family.
Maidstone council’s Cabinet Member for Economic and Commercial Development, Councillor Malcolm Greer, said: “These guides will ensure that visitors really make the most of their time here in the borough, and will also be ideal for residents with friends and family coming to stay. We often forget how many wonderful attractions are on our doorstep, and these guides are an excellent reminder!”
Both the Pocket Guide and the Spring Events Guide are being distributed through local venues such as hotels, B&Bs, visitor attractions, post offices and libraries. You can also pick up a copy from Maidstone Visitor Information at Maidstone Museum.
